This website is operated by YMR Track Club AB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to YMR Track Club®. YMR Track Club® offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms & conditions including Shipping information and Return & exchanges carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms & Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms & Conditions.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms & Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through ymrtrackclub.com and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon ymrtrackclub.com, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of ymrtrackclub.com.
You must be 18 years of age to place an order, minors must have permission in writing from a parent / legal guardian.
Price and Payment
ymrtrackclub.com use SEK as default fixed currency. Prices shown in CHF, DKK, Euro (€), GBP, JPY, NOK and USD fluctuates according to current exchange rates with updates frequently. Every product is shown including 25% VAT (Swedish tax). All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
For orders outside the European Union (EU) Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. YMR Track Club has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. In order to be sure of the current changes, please take contact with your local customs office.
The payment systems used by YMR Track Club is Klarna Checkout for customers living in Sweden. For customers living outside Sweden, we use Paypal and Stripe. For more information go to Klarna.com, Paypal.com and Stripe.com.
For customers living in the EU, prices at the website includes VAT. For clients outside the EU, the VAT is excluded from the price. For customers living in the EU, there are no extra charges when picking up delivered packages. For customers outside the EU, clients pay VAT for the country they live in when picking up the delivery.
We have free delivery for orders worth 1000 SEK or more. For orders smaller than that amount the fee is within Sweden, 65 SEK. We use DHL Service Point. Inside the European Union (EU) and Norway there is a fee of 100 SEK and for countries outside EU the fee is 150 SEK. Returns/changes are paid by the customer. YMR Track Club is in charge of the costs when sending out exchanges after receiving the exchanged items.
In case ymrtrackclub.com has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, ymrtrackclub.com have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by ymrtrackclub.com.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to YMR Track Club AB. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
During November and December we have extended the time for returns and exchanges until January 6, 2019. Otherwise, ymrtrackclub.com’s return period is 14 days. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased product.We do not compensate for the costs of returns. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and sellable condition. Read more about our return policy under “Returns & Exchanges”.
YMR Track Club AB, org. nr 559053-7030 cares about your integrity and data protection. Below, we explain how we handle your information according to EU´s data protection regulation GDPR.
We are transparent on how we handle your information. You have the right to know what kind of information YMR Track Club store about you. If the information is false, incomplete or irrelevant, you can demand that they are corrected and/or removed. If that is the case, please send us and e-mail. We have the right to say no to this if we have legal obligations as for example the accounting- and tax legislation, bank- and money laundering legislation and consumer legislation. All information is handled and stored within our IT-systems and servers in the EU.
In order to run our business, we have to share your informations with our partners that we call “personal data assistants”. A personal data assistant is a company that handles the information to our account and according to our instructions. We have personal data assistants that help us with payments (Like for example Paypal and Klarna), logistics (like UPS), IT-services (companies that handles operation and maintenance of our IT services).
We handle your information when it´s motivated concerning the purpose, necessary for secure identification or if there is another particular reason. We minimize the use of your security number as much as possible and instead try to use your date of birth.
ymrtrackclub.com is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
To make sure you can enjoy your product as soon as possible, YMR Track Club always try to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. We have a free standard delivery on all orders over 1000 SEK. For orders less than 1000 SEK, the charge for shipping is 65 SEK in Sweden. Inside the European Union (EU) and Norway, there is a delivery fee of 100 SEK. Outside EU, the fee is 150 SEK. Returns/changes are paid by the customer.

In Sweden we have an estimated delivery time in 1-3 business days with using DHL Service Point and in the rest of Europe in 2-5 business days with UPS Standard. The rest of the world have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days with UPS Standard with a cost of 25 €.
DHL Service Point (Swedish orders)
Domestic orders are shipped to your closest DHL Service Point within 1-3 business days. Once your YMR Track Club product has arrived you’ll receive a text message with reference number for pick-up. Don’t forget to bring valid ID.
UPS (International orders)
All orders shipped with UPS requires a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. If you expect yourself to be elsewhere – e.g. at work – please specify the alternate daytime delivery address when ordering.
For deliveries to residential addresses, UPS can allocate parcels to your closest UPS Access Point if the first delivery attempt fails. Please note that it is not a guarantee due to one of the following possible reasons: (1) there is no UPS Access Point close to your address; (2) UPS can’t access your mailbox to deliver your notice letter (at check-out, please make sure to enter your entrance code in order for UPS to access your mailbox); (3) the UPS Access Point has no store capacity. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Make sure to enter the UPS Tracking Number that you received in your shipment confirmation e-mail from YMR Track Club.
Taxes and duties – Orders within the EU
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Return & exchanges
During November and December we have extended the time for returns and exchanges until January 6, 2019.
Otherwise, YMR Track Club has a 14 days’ return policy with full refund from the day of receipt. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. We do not compensate for the costs of returns.

We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by YMR Track Club.

4. Once we have received and approved the return we will credit your account. In case of an exchange we will send you the new item. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference.
