We have trained and competed in this powerful arena many times and many world records have been set here over the years. A calm jog, fast feet, stretch and legs that move in step with the breathing. The drops of sweat begin to pearl in the forehead and the smoke from the warm body rises towards the spotlight in the dark Stockholm evening.

Warming up is complete and we have taken off our Track Attack Hoodie and changed to the new Track Attack T Shirt. We are ready to start the fast running session. Three, two, one, the foot lifts from the ground, the Track Attack Socks tightens around the calves and we sprint away. The head is emptied. Thoughts about emails, dinner, meetings, what happens on social media are gone. The only thing to care about is to move forward. Every time the finish line is crossed, it feels like another world record at the historic stadium. We hear the cheers from the audience who wildly cheered on all the legends that sprinted along the riot over the years. Today we are on the same track. We attack the track all we can.
