YMR Track Club delivers to customers worldwide shopping at ymrtrackclub.com. For international orders we deliver with Deutsche Post, DHL Parcel Connect & UPS at the moment. For the time being, some regions have special delivery issues. We have also strengthened the hygiene routines at our warehouse per the recommendations established by Swedish authorities. When shopping you need to be at the webpage to where you will ship. For example, when shipping to the US, you shop at the US/Global-webpage. On this website, all prices are shown in US Dollar ($) excluding VAT. Please note that you may be charged VAT and duties for the country you live in when picking up the delivery. The payment systems used on this website are Klarna Checkout & Paypal.
From 20 November to 24 December, we offer free shipping on all orders. The time frame for returns for orders placed during this period is extended to the last of January 2022. These are the terms for the rest of the year: Free shipping on orders above $120. Otherwise a shipping fee of $9 will apply. This website uses US Dollars ($) as currency. All prices are shown excluding the standard Swedish rate of 25% VAT. Please note that you may be charged VAT, duty and other related fees for the country you live in when picking up the delivery. Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. YMR Track Club has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs authority and delivery companies (e.g. UPS and DHL) for up to date information about what rules and fees apply to you.

For orders with a total value at or above $120 we offer free shipping. Otherwise a shipping fee of $9 will apply and be added to the total amount of the order.
At YMR Track Club we always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). All order are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Returns/changes are paid by YMR Track Club. For orders within Europe we have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days and 3-5 business days to the rest of the world.
Our partners for international shipping are Deutsche Post, DHL Parcel Connect & UPS. A shipment partner will be assigned based on the delivery location. An email containing shipping information and tracking details will be sent once your order has been processed. The shipment is either sent directly to the customer’s address or to a drop box. As a customer, you have the opportunity to pick the delivery option that best suits you when receiving the notification from the carrier. Don’t forget to have a valid ID when receiving the shipment.

In case ymrtrackclub.com has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, ymrtrackclub.com have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products en route, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by ymrtrackclub.com.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to YMR Track Club AB. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
YMR Track Club has a return policy that allows you to return any product to us within 30 days of receiving your purchased products. Returns and exchanges are paid for by YMR Track Club. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.
Our return/exchange process in 4 simple steps:
1 Send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order number and we will send you the return document and address tags necessary to make a return. You also need to send your return form in the package that was sent with your delivery.
2 Put the products you wish to return or exchange, in original and resalable condition complete with all original tags, together with the return document (which we will email to you) and the return form in the original packaging.
3 Follow the instructions provided for parcel pick up or drop off at a shipping partner service point.
4 Once we have received and approved the return we will credit your account. In case of an exchange we will send you the new item. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference.
We compensate for the costs of returns and for sending you new items. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by YMR Track Club.

We are transparent on how we handle your information. You have the right to know what kind of information YMR Track Club store about you. If the information is false, incomplete or irrelevant, you can demand that they are corrected and/or removed. If that is the case, please send us and e-mail. We have the right to say no to this if we have legal obligations as for example the accounting- and tax legislation, bank- and money laundering legislation and consumer legislation. All information is handled and stored within our IT-systems and servers in the EU.
In order to run our business, we have to share your information with our partners that we call “personal data assistants”. A personal data assistant is a company that handles the information to our account and according to our instructions. We have personal data assistants that help us with payments (Like for example Paypal and Klarna), logistics (like UPS), IT-services (companies that handles operation and maintenance of our IT services).
We handle your information when it’s motivated concerning the purpose, necessary for secure identification or if there is another particular reason.
ymrtrackclub.com is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
