At each event, you'll have the opportunity to explore and test run with the Galaxy Watch. Then, under the guidance of Mattias, we'll hit the road together, following the curated training plan.

MEET YOUR COACH

My name is Mattias Jakobsson and I work as a personal trainer in Stockholm. I have always been an active soul and there is probably no sport that I haven’t tried. My heart beats a little extra for running.

During my time as a junior, I focused on middle distance running and got a JSM silver in the 1500m. Now, my thrill comes from getting others moving. That's why I love what I do as a trainer, whether it's coaching individuals, leading groups, or energizing corporate teams through strength training and running sessions.

I can't wait to meet you all and guide you towards becoming faster, smarter, and better runners.

BUILD YOUR BASE

The focus during this block will be to accumulate minutes in zone 2. Use the Samsung Galaxy Watch's heart rate guide to stay within this zone.

INCREASE YOUR SPEED

7 MAY

GREVGATAN 27, STOCKHOLM

The focus during this block is to increase the intensity of the training. Here we want up to heart rate zone 3-4. Both the event and the training program will contain varying forms of long intervals. Show how we can use the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 to set interval time and heart rate guide during interval training.

After a good base, a few weeks of training in zone 3-4, during this block it is time to venture into zone 5. High intensity and interval training where we shorten the intervals and increases rest.
