After a few weeks of training in zone 3-4 it’s time to venture into zone 5. During this block it’s going to be high intensity and interval training where we shorten the intervals and increase the rest. As always, you will be able to loan the Galaxy Watch during the event to help keep track of your heart rate zone.
Here is what you can expect from the third session taking place May 28th in Stockholm and May 29th in Oslo.
This all-out effort and can only be sustained for short bursts. It enhances maximum sprint speed and power, making it beneficial for athletes training for races. Like the previous block, the Samsung Galaxy Watch will help and motivate you to stay within the correct heart rate zones. Training in this zone should feel tough and exhausting.
The training program during this block will include distance sessions (zone 2), long interval sessions (zone 3-4) and hill intervals (zone 4-5).
The program is intended to give you a nice progression and the Samsung Galaxy Watch will be essential to help in maintaining the right intensity.
The last events before summer vacations are:
- 10th of July in Stockholm
- 11th of July in Norway

The focus during this block will be to accumulate minutes in zone 2. Use the Samsung Galaxy Watch's heart rate guide to stay within this zone.

The focus during this block is to increase the intensity of the training. Here we want up to heart rate zone 3-4. Both the event and the training program will contain varying forms of long intervals.
