SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

At YMR Track Club, we always aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours (Monday–
Friday). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

In Sweden and Norway, you can choose your preferred shipping carrier at checkout. For all
other destinations, the carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery address.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed.
Your order will be shipped either directly to your address or to a pick-up point.

If YMR Track Club has reason to question the buyer’s payment ability or creditworthiness,
we reserve the right to withhold delivery or stop the shipment during transport, unless
prepayment or acceptable security is provided.

USA


All orders to the USA are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all duties, import
taxes, and fees are included in the price you pay at checkout.
No additional charges upon delivery — your order is delivered straight to your door, fully
cleared.

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and fast delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When shopping at YMR Track Club, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items
from the date of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are free of charge. You may also exchange an item for the same
product in a different color.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition with all
tags attached, and in sellable condition.

Once your return request is submitted, our support team will email you a prepaid return label
and (if applicable for returns outside the EU) a proforma invoice.

Pack the unused items in their original packaging, include the return form, and attach the
return label (and proforma invoice if required) to the outside of the parcel.
Use the same carrier or drop-off location as your original delivery.

When we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund for the returned items.
Exchanges are processed once your return has been approved, and the replacement item will
be shipped free of charge.

We do not replace returns lost in transit or accept items returned in used or damaged
condition.

RETURNS FOR BUNDLES

When you purchase a bundle, you receive a special package price compared to buying the
products individually.
If you decide to return part of a bundle, the following terms apply:

• The bundle discount only applies when the entire bundle is kept.

• If part of the bundle is returned, the discount is removed, and the item you keep will
be recalculated at its original price.

• The refund amount for the returned item will therefore reflect the original price minus
the bundle discount.

• Returns remain free — but the discount is only valid when the full bundle is kept.

Example:
You purchase a track jacket for 1599 SEK and track pants for 1499 SEK. Bundle price: 2699
SEK (−399 SEK discount).
If you return the pants, the jacket reverts to its original price of 1599 SEK, and you receive a
refund of 1100 SEK.
