With training sessions on running tracks in both Stockholm and New York, the concept offers a unique opportunity to train under the guidance of experienced coaches.

"Hit the Track" combines traditional running training with track & field-inspired exercises to improve technique and coordination. Each training session is carefully designed to help runners develop their speed, strength and endurance. The focus is not only on getting faster and stronger, but also on improving running technique and overall body control.

EXPERIENCED COACHES

The training sessions are led by experienced coaches who share their knowledge and passion for running and track & field. They offer individual feedback and personal tips to help each participant reach their full potential. By training on the running track, the runners get a safe and efficient environment to develop in, with the opportunity to measure their progress in a concrete way.
