We offer free world wide shipping and free exchanges

YMR Track Club delivers to customers worldwide shopping at ymrtrackclub.com. For orders within Sweden we delver with DHL Service Point, Postnord, Bring, Instabox and Budbee. For international orders we deliver with Deutsche Post, DHL Parcel Connect & UPS at the moment. For the time being, some regions may have special delivery issues. We have also strengthened the hygiene routines at our warehouse per the recommendations established by Swedish authorities.

OUR RETURN POLICY

In the build up to Christmas, we currently allow returns on any product to us within 60 days of receiving your purchase. All orders made before or on December 20th will be allowed a 60 day return window. Any attempt to return an order after 60 days will be denied.

At YMR Track Club, we are committed to supporting your active lifestyle while also prioritizing sustainability. To streamline our operations and reduce our carbon footprint, we have made an important update to our return policy.

Starting from 20/07/2023 we will charge a fee for returns, while exchanges will continue to be FREE of charge. This change encourages thoughtful decision-making and helps us minimize unnecessary returns and reduce our environmental impact. Return fees vary depending on shipping location, read below for return information for your specific country/region.

We believe that this adjustment will benefit both our planet and our valued customers. By allocating resources more efficiently, we can focus on bringing you even more innovative performance wear that exceeds your expectations.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At YMR Track Club we always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. 

Our partners for shipping within Sweden are DHL Service Point, Postnord, Instabox, Bring and Budbee.

Our partners for international shipping are DHL Parcel Connect & UPS. A shipment partner will be assigned based on the delivery location.

An email containing shipping information and tracking details will be sent once your order has been processed. The shipment is either sent directly to the customer’s address or to a secure drop off point.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to pick the delivery option that best suits you when receiving the notification from the carrier. Don’t forget to have a valid ID when receiving the shipment.

In case ymrtrackclub.com has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, ymrtrackclub.com have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products en route, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by ymrtrackclub.com.

Sweden


We offer free shipping with DHL Service Point on all orders.

We offer shipping with Instabox for a fee of 69 SEK. Deliveries with Instabox are free of charge on orders over 2000 SEK.

We offer Budbee home delivery for a fee of 89 SEK on all orders.

We have an estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days.

European Union

We offer free shipping with DHL Parcel Connect on all orders.

We have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Norway

We offer free shipping with UPS on all orders.

We have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Outside EU

We offer free shipping with UPS on all orders.

We have an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.

Please be aware that orders to the Unites States of America may incur additional customs, duties, taxes, or fees on orders above $800. When placing an order you acknowledge that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges incurred during the import process.

United Kingdom

For UK customers we only accept orders for minimum £136 due to customs regulations.

Please be aware; If you are shopping from the UK, you may be subject to customs/ import fees from UK customs. YMR Track Club is not responsible for any fees incurred by UK customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the build up to Christmas, we currently allow returns on any product to us within 60 days of receiving your purchase. All orders made before or on December 20th will be allowed a 60 day return window. Any attempt to return an order after 60 days will be denied.

Once we receive your package and have verified the items are in re-sellable condition, your refund will be made within 5 working days.

The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.


All exchanges are FREE of charge. If your exchange item exceeds the value of your return, please contact customer support and we will assist you with the exchange: support@ymrtrackclub.com


For returns we charge a small fee which will be automatically deducted from the total value of your refund.

 

Here is a list of our returns fees based on your shipping location:

SE – 39 SEK

EU - €6.90

NOR – 99 NOK

UK – 9.00 GBP

Rest of world – 9.90 USD

For returns within Sweden we use DHL Service Point as the automatic carrier service for return shipping. For returns from Norway we use Bring. For returns within the EU, the carrier service is DHL Parcel Connect. For the rest of the world, the carrier service will be UPS Standard.

Please be aware that we do not currently process any returns via Instabox or Budbee (Sweden only), even if you placed your original order using those carrier services. HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

It’s easy to exchange your item if it’s not quite the right size or color. Just follow these steps:

 

1. Enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to exchange

 

2. Select the new size and/or color that you want to change to

 

3. Review your exchange and click “save”

 

4. Select return shipping method

 

5. Complete the exchange

 

6. You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email

7. Once your items arrive at the warehouse you will be sent
confirmation and status update of your exchange via email

Note! All countries outside EU will need to use the Proforma Invoice that you will be provided in the return platform. 1 Copy should be attached to the parcel and 2 copies will be handed over to the carrier when leaving your parcel. If not we will charge you for the costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1. Enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to return

 

2. Select the “return” tab at the top

 

3. Select the reason(s) for your return

 

4. Review your return and click “save”

 

5. Select return shipping method

 

6. Complete the return

 

7. You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email

 

8. Once your items arrive at the warehouse and our team check the condition of the garment(s), you will be sent confirmation and status update of your return/refund via email. Please be aware that the return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund value.

Note! All countries outside EU will need to use the Proforma Invoice that you will be provided in the return platform. 1 Copy should be attached to the parcel and 2 copies will be handed over to the carrier when leaving your parcel. If not we will charge for the costs.
