SHIPPING

At YMR Track Club, we always strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.


In Sweden and Norway, you can choose shipping provider. For all other shipping destinations, a provider is selected based on the delivery destination.


You will receive an email with shipping and tracking details once your order has been processed. Your delivery will either be sent directly to your address or to a secure pick up point.

If YMR Track Club has reason to question the buyer’s solvency or ability to pay, we reserve the right to withhold delivery or stop shipments en route unless advance payment or acceptable security is provided.

United Kingdom

USA


We ship all orders to the USA on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all customs duties, import taxes, and fees are already included in the price you pay at checkout.

There will be no additional charges upon delivery – your order will be delivered straight to your door, fully cleared through customs.

Shipping is handled by our trusted partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Estimated delivery time to the USA is typically 4–7 business days from dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When you shop on YMR Track Club’s website, you have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Returns & exchanges are FREE of charge. You can also exchange for the same product in a different color.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, complete, with all tags attached, and in a sellable condition.

The information will be sent to our support team, who will contact you via the email address you provided, along with a return label and a proforma invoice (if you are shopping from outside the EU). Print both the return label and the proforma.


Place the unused products in the original packaging and ensure all tags are included. Fill out the form, place it inside the package, and attach the return label on the outside.

Make sure the package is securely sealed. If you are returning from outside the EU, don’t forget to also attach the proforma on the outside of the package.


Use the same delivery service or pick-up point for your return that was used for the original delivery.


Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be inspected for approval. When approved, we will refund you for the returned items. Exchanges will also be processed once approved by our staff. The new item will be sent to you free of charge using the same shipping service as before.


We do not cover returns that are lost in transit or items that are returned used or damaged.
