Det har varit en rolig sommar med träning tillsammans med Samsung Galaxy Watch när vi genomförde vår serie "Up Your Running Game". Under dessa pass har den kontakt och energi vi känt från alla våra fantastiska deltagare varit något alldeles speciellt. Vi kan inte tacka er nog för att ni varit en del av denna resa.
Each event in our 'Up Your Running Game' series has been powered by the Samsung Galaxy Watch. For our bonus training sessions, you will have the opportunity to loan a Samsung Galaxy Watch during the event to guide you through your intervals and hear rate zones.

A mix of hill intervals + flat surface intervals. 5x60s hill intervals (slightly faster than your distance pace) + 3x1000m flat surface (Slightly faster than your half-maraton pace)

Warming up 1,5 kilometers, moving on to a time-based intervall, running 2 min and having 45 sec break standing/walking recovery between. At least 10 intervalls, with the maximum of 15.
