Fees such as customs duties, VAT, and other import charges vary depending on local laws and trade agreements in your country of residence. Each country has its own regulations for how goods are taxed and processed upon import, which can affect the final cost and delivery terms – even for the same product.


In addition, the prices of our garments may vary based on the local currency, shipping costs, customs handling, and other country-specific expenses. This ensures we can offer the best possible service and delivery terms in each market. We recommend checking the applicable rules and pricing for your country before placing an order.

SHIPPING

At YMR Track Club, we always strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.


In Sweden and Norway, you can choose shipping provider. For all other shipping destinations, a provider is selected based on the delivery destination.


You will receive an email with shipping and tracking details once your order has been processed. Your delivery will either be sent directly to your address or to a secure drop-off point.

If YMR Track Club has reason to question the buyer’s solvency or ability to pay, we reserve the right to withhold delivery or stop shipments en route unless advance payment or acceptable security is provided.

Import Duties and Extra Costs for Orders Shipped to the USA:


If you're ordering from ymrtrackclub.com and your delivery address is in the United States, please note that as of August 1, 2025, new tariff regulations may apply.


All orders—regardless of value—can now be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees, which are not included in your order total or shipping cost. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.


We recommend checking with your local customs office for the latest information regarding apparel imports to the U.S. before placing your order.

PRICING, PAYMENT, VAT & FEES

We accept and display prices in Euro (€), Swedish Krona (SEK)and Danish Krona (DKK). These prices have VAT included.


Norwegian Krona (NOK), US Dollar (USD), and British Pound (GBP) show the prices with VAT excluded.


Please be aware that customs duties, VAT, and other related fees may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient. YMR Track Club has no control over such fees and cannot estimate them. Please consult your local customs office or shipping provider (e.g., UPS or DHL) for details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When you shop on YMR Track Club’s website, you have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Exchanges are FREE of charge, and you can also exchange for the same product in a
different color.

For returns a fee will be deducted from your refund. The fees varies depending on
market. For more information check our Terms & Conditions at ymrtrackclub.com.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, complete, with all tags attached, and in a sellable condition.

Visit our returns page and fill in the requested information regarding your return or exchange: HERE

The information will be sent to our support team, who will contact you via the email address you provided, along with a return label and a proforma invoice (if you are shopping from outside the EU). Print both the return label and the proforma.


Place the unused products in the original packaging and ensure all tags are included. Fill out the form, place it inside the package, and attach the return label on the outside.

Make sure the package is securely sealed. If you are returning from outside the EU, don’t forget to also attach the proforma on the outside of the package.


Use the same delivery service or pick-up point for your return that was used for the original delivery.


Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be inspected for approval. When approved, we will refund you for the returned items, minus any applicable return fee. Exchanges will also be processed once approved by our staff. The new item will be sent to you free of charge using the same shipping service as before.


We do not cover returns that are lost in transit or items that are returned used or damaged.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for damages or financial loss caused by strikes, fires, war, natural disasters, or other events beyond reasonable control that could not have been foreseen or avoided.
