BREATHABLE & MOISTURE-WICKING

These black workout shorts are part of our Åsunden collection. They are made from fabrics locally produced in southwestern Sweden just by the lake that has given the name to the collection, lake Åsunden. These black workout shorts are made from two different moisture-wicking fabrics that we have developed, which are both OEKO-TEX class 1 certified. The inner tights are made of 87% polyamide and 13% elastane for the perfect stretch. The inner tights, with its tight fit, keeps you cool and dry as it transports moisture away from your skin. The outer shorts layer is made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, in which the polyester is made from recycled plastic.

The outer layer gives you some extra heat retention for those cooler days, while its excellent breathability makes sure to keep you cool even in warmer temperatures. For a complete look, pair these black workout shorts together with our Trail Men's T-Shirt and Ängsö Socks.

LAKE ÅSUNDEN

We are proud of our local production in the lake Åsunden area in the Sjuhärad district. This lake, found in the southwestern parts of Sweden, is at the epicenter of the Swedish textile industry. Here, premium fabrics have been knitted for centuries and the expertise has been passed on for generations. Still today, there is a strong presence felt by the fashion and textile industry in the area. In collaboration with our partners in the area, we have developed light and breathable fabrics keeping you dry and comfortable in all conditions and temperatures.

For this new collection we have used our highly appreciated performance fabrics from existing collections as a starting point and made new and improved fabrics. The result are moisture-wicking fabrics with improved durability and sustainability, using more recycled materials. Together with the lightweight knitting this makes for a comfortable and breathable fabric perfectly suited for tough workouts in both cold and warm temperatures.
