SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer world wide shipping and free returns

YMR Track Club delivers to customers worldwide shopping at ymrtrackclub.com. For international orders we deliver with Deutsche Post, DHL Parcel Connect & UPS at the moment. For the time being, some regions may have special delivery issues. We have also strengthened the hygiene routines at our warehouse per the recommendations established by Swedish authorities.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At YMR Track Club we always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. 

We offer free shipping on orders above 1000 SEK (also Norway)/ 100€ / 120$.

Otherwise a shipping fee of 49 SEK, €6,90 / $8 will apply. We have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.

We offer free shipping with DHL Service Point and Instabox on orders above 1200 SEK. For orders below 1200 SEK, we charge 49 SEK for DHL Service Point and 59 SEK for Instabox (Only available in Sweden).

We offer free Budbee home delivery on orders over 2000 SEK (Only available in Sweden). For orders below 2000 SEK, we charge 69 SEK for Budbee home delivery.

For UK customers we only accept orders for minimum £136 due to customs regulations.

Our partners for international shipping are DHL Parcel Connect & UPS. A shipment partner will be assigned based on the delivery location. An email containing shipping information and tracking details will be sent once your order has been processed. The shipment is either sent directly to the customer’s address or to a Drop box. As a customer, you have the opportunity to pick the delivery option that best suits you when receiving the notification from the carrier. Don’t forget to have a valid ID when receiving the shipment.

In case ymrtrackclub.com has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, ymrtrackclub.com have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products en route, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by ymrtrackclub.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

YMR Track Club has a return policy that allows you to return any product to us within 45 days of receiving your purchased products. Returns and exchanges are paid for by YMR Track Club. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original packaging and resalable condition. You will find a return document & return form attached to your package. Our return/exchange process in three simple steps:

1 Put the products you wish to return or exchange, in original and resalable condition complete with all original tags, together with the return document and the return form in the original packaging.

2  Follow the instructions provided for parcel pick up or drop off at a shipping partner service point.

3  Once we have received and approved the return we will credit your account. In case of an exchange we will send you the new item. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference.

We compensate for the costs of returns and for sending you new items. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by YMR Track Club.
