By visiting YMR Track Club’s website ymrtrackclub.com and/or buying anything from our website you consent to the terms and conditions described below. The information below applies to international customers outside of the European Union and the United Kingdom. If you are visiting from any of the above listed countries/regions, please consult the terms and conditions for Sweden, the EU, Germany or the UK.

Please note that you may be charged VAT and duties for the country you live in when picking up the delivery.

SHIPPING

At YMR Track Club we always aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. 

Our partners for shipping within Sweden are DHL Service Point, Postnord, Instabox, Bring and Budbee.

Our partners for international shipping are DHL Parcel Connect & UPS. A shipment partner will be assigned based on the delivery location.

An email containing shipping information and tracking details will be sent once your order has been processed. The shipment is either sent directly to the customer’s address or to a secure drop off point.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to pick the delivery option that best suits you when receiving the notification from the carrier. Don’t forget to have a valid ID when receiving the shipment.

In case ymrtrackclub.com has reason to question buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, ymrtrackclub.com have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products en route, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by ymrtrackclub.com.

Sweden


We offer free shipping with DHL Service Point on all orders.

We offer shipping with Instabox for a fee of 69 SEK. Deliveries with Instabox are free of charge on orders over 2000 SEK.

We offer Budbee home delivery for a fee of 89 SEK on all orders.

We have an estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days.

European Union

We offer free shipping with DHL Parcel Connect on all orders.

We have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Norway

We offer free shipping with UPS on all orders.

We have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Outside EU

We offer free shipping with UPS on all orders.

We have an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.

Please be aware that orders to the Unites States of America may incur additional customs, duties, taxes, or fees on orders above $800. When placing an order you acknowledge that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges incurred during the import process.

United Kingdom

For UK customers we only accept orders for minimum £136 due to customs regulations.

Please be aware; If you are shopping from the UK, you may be subject to customs/ import fees from UK customs. YMR Track Club is not responsible for any fees incurred by UK customs.

Prices, Payment, VAT & Duties

This website uses Euros (€), Swedish Krona (SEK) Norwesgian Krone (NOK), (US Dollars ($) & British Pound (£) as currency. All prices are shown excluding the standard Swedish rate of 25% VAT. Please note that you may be charged VAT, duty and other related fees for the country you live in when picking up the delivery. Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. YMR Track Club has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs authority and delivery companies (e.g. UPS and DHL) for up to date information about what rules and fees apply to you.

The payment systems for customers used by YMR Track Club are Klarna Checkout, Paypal & Mondido (Swish). For more information go to Klarna.com, Paypal.com or Mondido.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the build up to Christmas, we currently allow returns on any product to us within 60 days of receiving your purchase. All orders made before or on December 20th will be allowed a 60 day return window. Any attempt to return an order after 60 days will be denied.

Once we receive your package and have verified the items are in re-sellable condition, your refund will be made within 5 working days.

The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.

For returns we charge a small fee which will be automatically deducted from the total value of your refund.

For returns within Sweden we use DHL Service Point as the automatic carrier service for return shipping. For returns within the EU, the carrier service is DHL Parcel Connect. For Norway and the rest of the world the carrier service will be UPS Standard.

Please be aware that we do not currently process any returns via Instabox or Budbee (Sweden only), even if you placed your original order using those carrier services.

B2B CUSTOMERS

We offer business customers the opportunity to purchase premium products for running and training. To shop on our B2B portal, please note the following conditions:

Login: Use your login details to login to our B2B platform at ymrtrackclub.com. You find it in the upper right corner on the website .

Prices: We offer payment in the following currencies: Sweden (SEK), Norway (NOK), EU (Euro) and for the rest of the world (USD). Prices vary depending on market and currency. All prices in our B2B platform are shown excluding VAT.

Orders: Scroll the collection set up for you and submit your order. As the order has been placed you will get a confirmation email and an invoice sent to the registered email.

To trade B2B, the order value needs to be at least SEK 18,000/NOK 18,000 /€1800/USD 1800/is mandatory to maintain B2B prices. It is also indicated per product how many products per size are required to shop at B2B prices. Pre-orders are generally placed five months in advance. Pre orders are binding.

Payment terms: For repeat customers, you can also choose to pay by invoice. Then you select "invoice" when the order is placed and it is then created manually by us and sent out to the specified email address. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. New customer always pay in advance. Payment terms are net thirty (10) days from the invoice date and the order is shipped when the payment has been made.

Delivery: We offer free delivery for all orders over 40,000 SEK/40,000 NOK/4000 €/4000 USD. Delivery times are generally 3-5 days in Europe and 5-7 days to the rest of the world. For pre-orders, the customer is continuously informed about the delivery date. All orders are sent from our warehouse in Sweden. For orders below the free shipping limit, the cost for shipping is 2% of the order value in Europe and 3% of the order value outside Europe.

Returns: Any returns must be made within thirty (30) days in original packaging and in undamaged condition. Customized goods are exempt from the right of return.

Other terms:
By submitting an order, you agree to the B2C sales terms presented on this page.

- Any use of the YMR Track Club brand for marketing purposes requires our prior approval.


- YMR Track Club’s products are designed, manufactured and developed by the YMR Track Club who also owns the full rights to these products and their trademarks.

- The retailer must sell and distribute the products in the original packaging in which the manufacturer has packaged the products.

- The retailer must at all times work to nurture and be a good ambassador for YMR Track Club AB.

- The retailer should work to comply with the current recommended retail price (RRP) that the manufacturer show on the D2C platform.

- The retailer may not resell or sell the products to third parties or platforms without the written consent of the manufacturer.

- Any SALE (discounts) of products should be discussed with the manufacturer.

- If any party materially violates any point of this Agreement, the other Party has the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect and to receive reasonable damages.

- If the manufacturer terminates its business, this retailer agreement will terminate and no damages to the retailer will be paid.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party to this agreement will indemnify the other party for damage or financial loss incurred as a result of strikes, fires, wars, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the control of a party and which a party could not reasonably be expected to anticipate and / or whose consequences party could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE (SMS)

The YMR Track Club mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by YMR Track Club (“YMR Track Club”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to YMR Track Club’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of YMR Track Club through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with YMR Track Club. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to YMR TC or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other YMR Track Club mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
