HALF MARATHON BUILD UP

After three blocks focusing on building your base, increasing speed, and letting it burn, we have now reached the final event before the summer break. This time, we will focus on upping your running game. As always, you will be able to loan the Galaxy Watch during the event to help keep track of your heart rate zone.
Here is what you can expect from the third session:
Join Mattias for a coaching session in Stockholm, designed to enhance your comfort and performance in running a 10km distance. We'll gather at our Clubhouse on Grevgatan 27, and after a brief welcome, we'll proceed to Stadion. See below for full session. We'll conclude the session with some food, music and EXCITING NEWS from Samsung back at our Clubhouse.
Andreas Grøgaard will be the coach in Norway and will locate in the beautiful surroundings of Kragerø- We'll meet at ActSporty's pop up store, where we will ge a quick walk through of the Samsung Galaxy Watch and a limited amount of Galaxy watches will also be available for loan during the session. Then we'll lace up and head to the fantastic athletics track, about 1.2km from the store, making it an optimal distance for a warm-up jog.
Jog 1.2 kilometers to the athletics track from the store.
Upon arrival at the track, we will perform some strides to get our legs ready for the main workout.
The main part of the session will consist of intervals: 3-5 sets of (800 meters + 300 meters).
After each 800-meter run, we will take a 100-meter walking break.
After each 300-meter run, we will take a 1-minute passive rest.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch will help us keeping track of everything.
